ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION

TO RESCHEDULE EVIDENTIARY HEARINGS

On May 21, 2015[1], Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri (“Ameren Missouri”) filed an Unopposed Motion to Reschedule Evidentiary Hearings.  This motion requests the Commission to reschedule the hearing to July 20-22.  Ameren Missouri states that it has contacted all the other parties, and that no party objects to the motion.

The Commission will set the schedule as proposed in Ameren Missouri’s motion.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The Unopposed Motion to Reschedule Evidentiary Hearings is granted.

2.               The evidentiary hearing shall be held on July 20-22, 2015, beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day, at the Commission’s offices in the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Room 310, Jefferson City, Missouri.  The Governor Office Building meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Any person who needs specific accessibility accommodations may call the Public Service Commission’s Hotline at 1‑800‑392‑4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 prior to the hearing.

3.               This order shall be effective when issued.
