On May 8, 2015, Premier Hosting, Inc., d/b/a
Infiniwiz (“the Company”) pursuant to §392.550 RSMo, filed an application for registration
to offer and provide Interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol in exchanges
statewide in the State of Missouri.
The Commission has reviewed the
application filed by the Company and finds that it and the attached affidavit
comply with the filing requirements set forth in § 392.550 RSMo.
THE
COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1.
Premier
Hosting, Inc., d/b/a Infiniwiz is granted authority to provide Interconnected Voice
over Internet Protocol service in the exchanges set forth in the affidavit
attached to the application and restated above.
2.
This
Order shall become effective on May 30, 2015.
3.
This
case may be closed on May 31, 2015.
