ORDER GRANTING INTERVENTION TO MOSEIA

The Commission is granting the application for intervention of Missouri Solar Energy Industry Association (“motion”).[1] The motion describes an interest that is different from that of the general public, which the resolution of this action may adversely affect,[2] and the Commission received no response within the time provided by regulation. [3] Therefore, the Commission will grant the motion.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     The Application to Intervene is granted.

2.     This order shall be effective when issued.
