ORDER GRANTING INTERVENTION TO RENEW MISSOURI

 

Issue Date:  May 1, 2015                                             Effective Date:  May 1, 2015

 

The Commission is granting the motion for intervention of Earth Island Institute d/b/a Renew Missouri (“motion”).[1] The motion describes a public interest that granting the motion will serve[2] and the Commission received no response within the time provided by regulation. [3] Therefore, the Commission will grant the motion.     

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     The Application to Intervene of Renew Missouri is granted.

2.     This order shall be effective when issued.
