ORDER
DIRECTING FILING
Issue
Date: May 1, 2015 Effective Date: May 1, 2015
The
Commission is directing Staff to file a response to the applicants’ motion for
reconsideration (“motion”).[1]
The
motion addresses the Commission order (“order”)[2] that
granted Staff’s motion for an extension of time to file its recommendation.[3] The
order granted that relief based on Staff’s representations that the
recommendation required certain information. That information is irrelevant,
and the extension risks the applicants’ financing,[4]
the motion argues.
The
motion asks to reduce or eliminate the extension. To eliminate the extension
may be impractical because the original due date was Monday
May 4, this order is issuing on Friday May 1. Nevertheless, the
Commission desires Staff’s response to the motion, so the Commission will
direct Staff to file a response to the motion on an expedited basis.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The response described in the body of
this order is due on May 5, 2015.
2.
This
order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
