FILE RESPONSE

On April 14, 2015, the Commission issued its order approving Missouri-American’s application for a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity. On April 30, the company filed proposed tariff sheets with effective dates of May 30, 2015. Because the company plans to close on the purchase of the sewer system that is the subject of this case on May 22, it moves the Commission to expedited approval of the tariff sheets on that same date.
The Commission will direct the Staff of the Commission to file a pleading, stating whether, in Staff’s opinion, the tariff sheets are in compliance with the Commission’s order.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Staff of the Commission shall file, no later than May 11, 2015, a pleading stating whether the proposed tariff sheets are compliant.
2. This order shall be effective when issued.
