ORDER GRANTING ADDITIONAL TIME TO FILE TARIFF

On April 10, 2015, the Commission ordered The Empire District Electric Company to file a solar rebate tariff by April 30. On April 29, Empire filed a motion seeking additional time to file its tariff, and explained that the parties continue to discuss the proper language for that tariff. Empire’s motion represented that Staff, Public Counsel, and the Complainants consent to the request for additional time.
The Commission will grant the additional time requested.
THE
COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Empire District Electric Company shall file a solar rebate tariff no later than May 5, 2015.
2. This order shall be effective when issued.
