FINDING OF NECESSITY AND ORDER DIRECTING THAT AMENDMENTS BE FILED FOR PUBLICATION AS PROPOSED RULE AMENDMENTS

Issue Date: March 25, 2015 Effective Date: March 25, 2015

The Commission has undertaken this rulemaking to amend its regulations regarding renewable energy standards and net metering requirements. The Commission finds that the amendments are necessary to bring its rules in line with statutory changes to those standards and requirements.

The Commission has discussed these amendments with interested stakeholders and will seek further comments during the rulemaking process.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The Secretary of the Commission shall file the amendments with the Secretary of State for publication in the Missouri Register as proposed amendments.

2. This order shall be effective when issued.
