ORDER DIRECTING STAFF TO FILE RECOMMENDATION REGARDING TARIFFS

On March 23, 2015, Hillcrest Utility Operating Company, Inc., issued water and sewer tariffs adopting the tariffs currently on file for Brandco Investments, LLC. Those tariffs carry a thirty-day effective date of April 22. On March 24, Hillcrest filed a motion asking the Commission to expedite its approval of those tariffs so that they can go into effect as soon as possible. Before acting on those tariffs, the Commission will direct its Staff to file a recommendation.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The Commission’s Staff is directed to file a recommendation regarding the tariffs issued by Hillcrest Utility Operating Company, Inc. Staff shall file its recommendation as soon as possible, but no later than March 31, 2015.

2. This order shall be effective when issued.
