ORDER REGARDING TRUE-UP HEARING

 

Issue Date:  March 24, 2015                                   Effective Date:  March 24, 2015

 

The procedural schedule for this case allowed for the filing of true-up direct testimony on March 17, 2015, and true-up rebuttal testimony on March 23.  A true-up hearing is scheduled to begin on March 25, if necessary.  Ameren Missouri, Staff and Public Counsel filed true-up direct testimony, but no party has filed true-up rebuttal testimony.[1]  No party has requested that the true-up hearing proceed and since no true-up rebuttal testimony was filed it appears that no true-up hearing is necessary.  But before canceling the true-up hearing, the Commission will offer the parties a final opportunity to request a true-up hearing.  

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Any party wishing to request a true-up hearing shall do so no later than 11:30 a.m. on March 24, 2015. 

 

2.       This order shall be effective when issued.
