ORDER CONSOLIDATING AND RE-STYLING CASES

The
Commission is granting Staff’s Motion to
Consolidate (“motion”).[1]
The Commission received no response to the motion within the time provided by
regulation.[2] In the
motion, Staff asks the Commission to consolidate these actions and re-style the
consolidated action. In support, Staff cites the administrative convenience of
a single action for applicants that have the same ownership in common. Therefore,
the Commission will grant the motion.
THE
COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1.
The
Motion to Consolidate is granted.
2.
These
actions shall be consolidated under File No. WR-2015-0192, which shall bear the style In the Matter of the Rate Increase Requests of the Regulated Water
and Sewer Utilities Owned and Operated by Ozark International, Inc.
3.
This
order shall be effective when issued.
