ORDER DIRECTING FILING

On November 17, 2014, the Commission issued an Order Granting Motion to Amend Procedural Schedule filed by The City of Houston Lake, Missouri. That order stated that the parties shall file a List of Issues, Order of Witnesses, Order of Cross-Examination and Order of Opening Statements no later than February 27, 2015. The parties have failed to file that pleading.

The Commission will once again order the parties to file a List of Issues, Order of Witnesses, Order of Cross-Examination and Order of Opening Statements. Also, the parties shall explain their failure to timely file said pleading, and to state whether they still wish to proceed to hearing as scheduled. Failure to respond could result in the Commission suspending the procedural schedule or dismissing the complaint.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The parties shall respond as ordered above no later than March 5, 2015.

2. This order shall be effective when issued.
