ORDER ESTABLISHING TIME TO RESPOND

TO STIPULATIONS FILED MARCH 3, 2015

 

Issue Date:  March 3, 2015                                       Effective Date:  March 3, 2015

 

The Commission received a Non-Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement as to Depreciation on March 3, 2015.  Later that same day, the Commission received an Amended Non-Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement Regarding Certain Revenue Requirement Issues.

Because the evidentiary hearing is ongoing, the Commission must receive expeditious responses from the parties to know whether any party wishes to have a hearing on the issues resolved in the March 3, 2015 stipulations.  Thus, the Commission will set expeditious deadlines for parties to object to those stipulations.

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.       Any objection to the Non-Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement as to Depreciation filed on March 3, 2015 shall be filed no later than 11:59 p.m. on March 3, 2015.

2.       Any objection to the Non-Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement Regarding Certain Revenue Requirement issues filed on March 3, 2015 shall be filed no later than 11:59 a.m. on March 6, 2015.

 

3.       This order shall be effective when issued.
