ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF

TIME TO RESPOND TO STAFF RECOMMENDATION

On December 19, 2014, the Staff of the Commission filed a Staff Recommendation to Adjust ACA Balances. In that Recommendation, Staff asked the Commission to order Laclede Gas Company (“Laclede”) to respond within 45 days. The Commission did so, requiring Laclede to respond no later than February 2, 2015. Laclede filed a Motion for Extension of Time, which the Commission granted. That order made Laclede’s response due on March 4, 2015.

On March 3, 2015, Laclede filed a Status Report and Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Staff Recommendation. Laclede explains that the parties continue to communicate, and that Laclede asks for thirty additional days, until April 3, 2015, to respond. Laclede represents that Staff consents to the motion.

The Commission finds Laclede’s request reasonable, and will grant it.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Staff Recommendation is granted.

2. Laclede Gas Company shall respond to the Staff Recommendation to Adjust ACA Balances no later than April 3, 2015.

3. This order shall be effective when issued.
