ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

 

Issue Date:  February 25, 2015                           Effective Date:  February 25, 2015

 

 

On February 19, 2015, Whitney Hampton, attorney for the Commission’s Staff Counsel Office, filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Counsel.  The notice states that Staff will continue to be represented by the remaining counsel assigned to this case. 

Commission rule 4 CSR 240-2.040(6) provides that an attorney may withdraw from a case before the Commission only by leave of the Commission.  The Commission will grant counsel’s request to withdraw. 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Whitney Hampton’s request for leave to withdraw as counsel for the Commission’s Staff Counsel Office is granted.

2.               The Commission’s Data Center shall note the change of counsel as set forth in each Notice of Withdrawal of Counsel in the Commission’s records.

3.               This order shall be effective when issued.
