ORDER OPENING WORKSHOP, DIRECTING
NOTICE, AND DIRECTING FILING

On January 17, 2015, the Commission issued an order approving a Stipulation and Agreement in File No. SR-2014-0247. The agreement - entered into by Central Rivers Wastewater Utility, Inc. (“Central Rivers”), the Staff of the Commission, and the Office of the Public Counsel – stipulates that tariff issues associated with the performance of STEP and STEG installations for Central Rivers’ customers will be addressed in a new workgroup set up by the Commission. The Commission will open a workgroup. The Commission will also direct the parties of File No. SR-2014-0247 to participate in the workgroup and share information needed to produce a final recommendation.
Because this is not a contested case, any person, group or entity is welcome to participate in this matter and submit comments in the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS). Intervention requests are not necessary to submit comments, view documents, or participate in the workshops.
THE
COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1.
A
workshop docket is established to explore topics associated with STEP and STEG
installations for Central Rivers’ customers, as identified in the Commission
approved Stipulation and Agreement in File No. SR-2014-0247.
2.
The
Commission’s Data Center shall provide notice of this workshop docket to all
parties in File No. SR-2014-0247 and add them to the certified service list.
3.
All
parties in File No. SR-2014-0247 shall participate in this workshop docket and cooperate in the sharing of information
needed to prepare a recommendation.
4. No later than July 26, 2015, the Commission’s Staff shall file the workgroup’s recommendation on Central Rivers’ tariff for STEP and STEG installations.
5. This order shall be effective when issued.
