ORDER GRANTING
MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

On December 15, 2014, the Commission issued an order directing the Commission’s Staff to instigate the complaint filed by Craig Smith against Laclede Gas Company. The Commission directed Staff to file a report on its investigation by January 28, 2015. On January 23, 2015, Staff filed a motion requesting the deadline for the filing of its report be extended to February 11, 2015. Staff states that it only recently received the information necessary to complete a thorough investigation. In addition, Staff states that the press of other business necessitates an extension.
The Commission finds good cause exists to grant Staff’s motion.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS
THAT:
1. The Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission shall file a report no later than February 11, 2015.
2. This order shall be effective when issued.
