MOTION FOR EXPEDITED APPROVAL OF TARIFF

Issue Date:  December 18, 2014                              Effective Date: December 18, 2014

Laclede Gas Company filed a tariff revision on December 18, 2014, to revise the terms of the Residential Direct-Install Low Income Program (DILIP) component of its Conservation and Energy Efficiency Program.  The revisions are intended to allow Laclede’s gas program to mirror the eligibility requirements of the corresponding electric program offered by Ameren Missouri.  The tariff revision carries a January 18, 2015 effective date, but Laclede has filed a motion for expedited treatment asking the Commission to approve the tariff revision to take effect on January 2.

If the Commission is to approve Laclede’s tariff revision to be effective on January 2, it will need to act at its December 29 agenda meeting.  Therefore, the Commission will establish a shortened time for the filing of responses to Laclede’s motion.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.          Any party wishing to respond to Laclede Gas Company’s Motion for Expedited Treatment and its tariff revision shall do so no later than December 23, 2014.

2.          Staff shall file its recommendation regarding Laclede Gas Company’s Motion for Expedited Treatment and its tariff revision no later than December 23, 2014.

3.          This order shall be effective when issued.
