ORDER WITHDRAWING ORDER CANCELING

CERTIFICATE AND ACCOMPANYING TARIFF

Issue Date: December 18, 2014 Effective Date: December 18, 2014

On December 17, 2014, the Commission issued an order that cancelled the certificate and accompanying tariff of Public Wireless Inc. The Commission took that action in response to Staff’s motion that indicated the company wished to relinquish its certificate. Twenty minutes after the Commission issued its order, the company filed a statement in EFIS indicating it no longer wants to relinquish its certificate. Since the order to cancel the certificate will not take effect until December 27, the Commission will withdraw that order and await guidance from Staff on whether it will withdraw its motion to cancel Public Wireless’ certificate.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The Order Canceling Certificate and Accompanying Tariff issued on December 17, 2014, is withdrawn.

2. This order shall be effective when issued.
