an Order Canceling Certificate was issued in this matter. That Order failed to cancel
the accompanying tariff, Tracking No. YX-2009-0548.
THE
COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. This order shall modify the Order Canceling Certificate, issued December 17, 2014.
2. Consolidated Communications Public Services’ tariff, Tracking No. YX-2009-0548 shall be cancelled, effective December 27, 2014.
3.
This order shall become effective when issued.
4.
This case may be closed December 28, 2014.
