The Commission has granted to the Empire District Electric Company the authority it sought, but directed the company to file the final terms of its financing. The company filed terms of its financing. However, prior to closing this file, the Commission will direct the Staff of the Commission to file a statement informing the Commission of whether the company’s filing is satisfactory.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Staff of the Commission shall file, no later than December 28, 2014, a statement of whether The Empire District Electric Company’s filing of the final terms of its financing is satisfactory.
2. This order shall be effective when issued.
