ORDER CANCELING HEARING AND REMAINING

PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE

Issue Date: December 18, 2014 Effective Date: December 18, 2014

On November 5, 2014, the Commission issued an Order Approving Partial Stipulation and Agreement, Rejecting Tariff, and Establishing Procedural Schedule, approving a stipulation and agreement which resolved this matter except for two remaining issues. The Commission established a procedural schedule to address those two issues. On December 17, 2014, the Commission issued an Order Denying Relief, which determined that it would be inappropriate to address those issues at this time. Since the Commission’s action finally disposes of the case, the Commission will cancel the remaining procedural schedule, including the hearing scheduled for February 3, 2015.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The procedural schedule established for this case, including the hearing scheduled for February 3, 2015, is canceled.

2. This order shall be effective when issued.
