ORDER DIRECTING RESPONSE

On December 18, 2014, the Staff of the Commission filed a recommendation and memorandum regarding its review of Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri’s 2012-2013 Actual Cost Adjustment (ACA). Staff proposes financial adjustments to Ameren Missouri’s ACA balance and offers non-financial recommendations regarding several aspects of the company’s operations. Staff asks the Commission to direct Ameren Missouri to respond to its recommendations.

The Commission will order Ameren Missouri to respond to Staff’s recommendations and comments.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri shall respond to the recommendations of the Commission’s Staff no later than February 2, 2015.

2. This order shall be effective when issued.
