Issue Date: December 17, 2014 Effective
Date: December 27, 2014
On November 21, 2014, Staff filed a
motion requesting the Commission cancel TelePacific
Managed Services’, (“TelePacific”) registration to
provide Interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol service (“IVoIP”) in the
State of Missouri.
In File Number DA-2012-0064, the
Commission granted TelePacific its IVoIP registration
in the State of Missouri.
Staff states in its motion that the
company notified the Commission that it no longer wished to be registered as an
IVoIP provider in Missouri.
On November 24, 2014, the Commission
issued an Order Directing Notice allowing any parties to file an objection or
request a hearing to do so no later than December 5, 2014. No objections or requests for a hearing were
filed.
The Commission need not hold a
hearing, if, after proper notice and opportunity to intervene, no party
requests such a hearing.[1]
Based
on TelePacific’s request and Staff’s motion, the
Commission finds that the IVoIP registration granted to TelePacific
Managed Services shall be canceled.
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The registration to provide Interconnected
Voice over Internet Protocol services granted to TelePacific
Managed Services, in File Number DA-2012-0064, is canceled.
2.
This order shall become effective on
December 27, 2014.
3. This
case may be closed on December 28, 2014.
