ORDER GRANTING REICHERTS’ MOTION REGARDING ADMISSION OF TESTIMONY AND REQUEST TO BE EXCUSED FROM EVIDENTIARY HEARING

On November 6, 2014, Matthew and Christina Reichert filed a motion requesting that the Commission accept the admission of the testimony of witness Christina Umbriaco and Scott Nordstrom, subject to any objection regarding its admissibility, and excuse Ms. Umbriaco and Mr. Nordstrom from appearing at the evidentiary hearing.  No parties have objected to or opposed the requests.  The Commission finds the requests reasonable and will grant them.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The rebuttal testimony of Christina Umbriaco and Scott Nordstrom, filed by Matthew and Christina Reichert on September 15, 2014, is received into the record, subject to any objections to its admission.

2.               Christina Umbriaco and Scott Nordstrom are excused from participating in the evidentiary hearing for this matter.

3.               This order shall be effective when issued.
