INTERVENTION

On November 8, 2014, the Consumers Council of Missouri (“CCM”) filed an application to intervene in this matter. On November 17, 2014, Kansas City Power & Light Company filed a response to CCM’s application requesting that the Commission deny the application. The Commission will set a deadline for CCM to respond.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Consumers Council of Missouri shall respond to the filing by Kansas City Power & Light Company described in the body of this order no later than November 20, 2014.
2. This order shall be effective when issued.
