ORDER SETTING DEADLINE FOR RESPONSES TO STAFF’S MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE CASES

Issue Date: November 17, 2014 Effective Date: November 17, 2014

On November 17, 2014, the Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission filed a Motion to Consolidate Cases, requesting the Commission consolidate this matter with File No. EU-2015-0094. Staff asserts that it would promote “administrative efficiency” to combine the matters into one hearing.

The Commission will set a deadline for responses to Staff’s motion.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. Responses to Staff’s Motion to Consolidate Cases may be filed no later than Wednesday, November 19, 2014.

1. This order shall be effective when issued.
