ORDER RECOGNIZING NAME CHANGE

 

Issue Date:  October 28, 2014                          Effective Date:  November 14, 2014

 

 

On October 14, 2014, Public Communications Services, Inc. asked the Commission to recognize its name change from Public Communications Services, Inc. to Public Communications Services, Inc. d/b/a GTL.  The company also filed a revised tariff title sheet to be effective November 14. 

In response, the Commission directed its Staff to file a recommendation regarding that request by October 27.  Staff’s recommendation, filed on October 24, advises the Commission that the notice of name change and the revised tariff title sheet comply with the Commission’s requirements for a name change. Staff recommends the Commission recognize the name change and either approve the tariff or allow it to go into effect. No one opposes the name change.

The Commission has reviewed the notice of name change and Staff’s recommendation. The Commission finds that the name change should be recognized.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The Commission recognizes the change of name of Public Communications Services, Inc. to Public Communications Services, Inc. d/b/a GTL.

2.               The revised title sheet filed by Public Communications Services, Inc. d/b/a GTL is approved to be effective on November 14, 2014.  The tariff sheet approved is:

First Revised Title Sheet, Cancels Original Title Sheet

 

3.               This order shall be effective on November 14, 2014.

4.               This file shall be closed on November 15, 2014.
