ORDER SETTING TIME TO RESPOND

 

Issue Date:  October 28, 2014                              Effective Date:  October 28, 2014

 

          The Commission is granting the Motion to Set Response Time per Staff Recommendation[1] of Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. (“SNGMo”). SNGMo asks the Commission to set the deadline for filing a response to the Staff Recommendation[2] of December 9, 2014. The Commission will grant that request.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     The Motion to Set Response Time per Staff Recommendation is granted. Any response to the Staff Recommendation is due on December 9, 2014.

2.     This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
