ORDER SETTING DEADLINE FOR OBJECTIONS TO

MOTION TO ADD NEW MEMBERS

Issue Date:  October 27, 2014                                               Effective Date:  October 27, 2014

On September 24, 2014, the Commission granted the application of the Midwest Energy Consumers Group (“MECG”) to intervene in this matter. MECG, an unincorporated association of large electricity users, intervened on behalf of General Mills, Walmart, Sam’s Club East, and Praxair. On October 27, 2014, MECG filed a Motion to Add New Members, specifically requesting the addition of five additional entities to its intervention group.

Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-2.075(7) requires an association like MECG to file a motion if it seeks to add new members while a case is pending. The Commission will set a deadline for parties to object to MECG’s motion.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Objections to MECG’s Motion to Add New Members shall be filed no later than November 6, 2014.

2.       This order shall be effective when issued.
