          Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. filed the Motion to Consolidate.[1] The Commission received no response within the time set by regulation. [2]  Therefore, the Commission will grant the motion.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     The Motion to Consolidate is granted. File No. GR-2014-0096 and File No. GR-2014-0097 are consolidated under File No. GR-2014-0096.

2.     This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
