ORDER DENYING MSBA’s MOTION FOR RECONCILIATION

          The Missouri School Boards’ Association (“MSBA”) filed a motion[1] for Staff to file a reconciliation using the price of natural gas for MSBA members. The Commission will deny that motion.  

          THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     The motion described in the body of this order is denied.

2.     This order shall become effective immediately on issuance.
