On February 19, 2014, an order was issued directing the Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission to investigate a gas safety incident that occurred on Wednesday, February 5, 2014, in St. Louis, Missouri. On October 20, 2014, Staff filed a status report requesting additional time to file a completed gas incident report.
The Commission will set a deadline for Staff to file a status report or a completed gas incident report.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. No later than December 18, 2014, Staff shall file either its gas incident report or a status report.
2. This order shall be effective upon issuance.
