On October 17, 2014, the Commission issued an Order Directing Staff to File Recommendation and Establishing Time for Response (“Order”). The Order incorrectly included reference to Laclede Gas Company. The correct language of the order is as follows:
On October 17, 2014, Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. (“Company”) filed a tariff that would make an adjustment to the Purchased Gas Adjustment (PGA) rate for Company’s territory previously known as Southern Missouri Natural Gas. Company is proposing to adjust the current cost of gas factor. The tariff has a proposed effective date of November 1, 2014. The Commission will direct the Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission to file a recommendation on Company’s tariff by October 23, 2014. The Commission will also establish a deadline for any other entity to file a response to the tariff or Staff’s recommendation.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Staff shall file its recommendation regarding Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc.’s tariff no later than October 23, 2014.
2. Any other entity wishing to comment on the tariff or Staff’s recommendation shall do so no later than October 27, 2014.
3. This order shall be effective when issued.
