On July 30, 2014, the Commission issued its Order Granting Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim Upon Which Relief Can Be Granted.[1] On August 28,the Complainants applied for rehearing.
The Commission shall
grant an application for rehearing if “in its judgment sufficient reason
therefor be made to appear.”[2]
The Commission finds that the
applicants failed to establish such a sufficient reason. Thus, the Commission will deny the
application.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Application for Rehearing is denied.
2. This order shall become effective immediately.
3. This file shall be closed on September 24, 2014.
