ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

 

Issue Date:  September 12, 2014                     Effective Date:  September 12, 2014

 

 

On September 9, 2014, Union Electric Company, d/b/a Ameren Missouri, filed a Request for Withdrawal of Counsel asking that Thomas M. Byrne be allowed to withdraw as counsel for Ameren Missouri in this case.  Ameren Missouri will still be represented by other counsel.

Commission rule 4 CSR 240-2.040(6) provides that an attorney may withdraw from a case before the Commission only by leave of the Commission.  The Commission will grant the request to withdraw counsel. 

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Thomas M. Byrne is granted leave to withdraw as counsel for Union Electric Company, d/b/a Ameren Missouri.

2.               The Commission’s Data Center shall note the change of counsel in the Commission’s records.

3.               This order shall become effective upon issuance.
