ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO APPEAR

On August 27, 2014, Sunil Bector filed a petition asking leave to appear on behalf of Sierra Club.  Bector is a member in good standing of the bar in California, but is not admitted to practice in Missouri.  The motion designates Henry Robertson, a member of the Missouri bar, as associated counsel.  A receipt indicating payment of the fees required by Missouri Supreme Court Rule 6.01(m) accompanied the motion.  

The request for leave to appear complies with the requirements of 4 CSR 240‑2.040(3)(C), and Missouri Supreme Court Rules 6.01(m) and 9.03.  Sunil Bector will be allowed to appear on behalf of Sierra Club.    

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Sunil Bector’s Petition for Leave to Appear Pro Hac Vice is granted.

2.               This order shall become effective upon issuance.
