NOTICE OF DISMISSAL AND ORDER CANCELING PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE

On June 24, 2014, Robert Meller Silvestrissen filed a Complaint with the Commission against KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company. The Commission scheduled a pre-hearing conference for August 27, 2014. On August 25, 2014, a Withdrawal of Complaint of Robert Meller Silvesrissen was filed. In his filing, Complainant states the parties have reached a mutually acceptable resolution.         

Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-2.116(1) states that a party may dismiss a complaint without an order of the Commission at any time before prepared testimony or oral evidence has been offered. Since no prepared testimony or oral evidence was offered, the Commission will take notice of the dismissal. The Commission will also cancel the pre-hearing conference. This file shall be closed.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The pre-hearing conference scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on August 27, 2014 is cancelled.

2.               This order shall become effective upon issuance.

3.               This file shall be closed on August 27, 2014.
