This order provides notice of the application to establish an Infrastructure System Replacement Surcharge filed by Missouri Gas Energy, an operating unit of Laclede Gas Company (hereafter “MGE”). This order also sets an intervention deadline.
On July 25, 2014[1], MGE applied to the Missouri Public Service Commission under Sections 393.1009, 393.1012 and 393.1015, RSMo Cum. That means the Commission must issue an order regarding the application effective no later than November 22.

The Commission will require that its Data Center mail a copy of this notice to the County Commissions of the counties that MGE serves. Also, the Commission’s Public Information Office shall make notice of this order available to the media serving MGE’s service area and to the members of the General Assembly representing that service area.
