DIRECTING NOTICE,
SETTING
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS TO INTERVENE
AND DIRECTING
STAFF TO FILE A STATUS UPDATE

On July 21, 2014, Missouri-American Water Company filed an application as described in the above caption. The Commission will direct that notice of the application be sent to appropriate persons and entities.
To allow an opportunity to intervene for those who may be interested in this matter, the Commission will also set a date by which applications to intervene must be filed.
Finally, the Commission will direct the Staff of the Commission to file a status update, informing the Commission of a date by which Staff will file a recommendation, or a recommendation.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Commission’s Data Center shall send a copy of this order to the County Commission of Lincoln County, Missouri.
2. The Commission’s Data Center shall send a copy of this order to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
3. The Commission’s Information Officer shall make this order available to the members of the General Assembly who represent constituents in Lincoln County, Missouri and to the newspapers and other media which serve Lincoln County.
4. Those wishing to intervene shall file an application to do so no later than August 28, 2014.
5. The Staff of the Commission shall file a status update or a recommendation no later than August 29, 2014.
6. This order is effective upon issuance.
