The Missouri Public Service Commission is giving notice that Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri, (“Ameren”) has filed its Renewable Energy Standard Compliance Report 2013 (“report”) and Renewable Energy Standard Compliance Plan 2014-2016 (“plan”)[1] and setting a deadline for filing comments on the report and plan. The report and plan are subject to general notice,[2] Staff’s report identifying any deficiencies in Ameren's compliance with renewable energy standards (“Staff report”),[3] and any other person’s comments based on such person’s review (“comments”).[4] Therefore, Commission will direct notice, and will set forth the deadlines for comments and the Staff report.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Commission’s Data Center shall deliver this order to each party in File No. EO-2011-0271, and to each county commission of any county within the service area of Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri (“Ameren”).
2. The Commission’s Public Information Office shall make this order available to the news media serving, and members of the General Assembly representing, Ameren’s service area.
3. No later than May 30, 2014, Staff shall file the Staff report, and any interested person may file comments, as described in the body of this order.
4. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
