ORDER SETTING DEADLINE FOR RESPONSE TO MEDIATION REQUEST AND TOLLING TIME TO FILE ANSWER

On April 8, 2014, Continental Casting, LLC (“Continental”) filed a Complaint with the Commission against Liberty Utilities (Midstates Natural Gas) Corp. d/b/a Liberty Utilities. On April 16th, Liberty Utilities submitted a Request for Mediation, as permitted by Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-2.125(2). The Commission will set a deadline for Contintenal to file a response indicating if it is willing to participate in mediation before a Commission- appointed presiding officer. The Commission will also toll the deadline for Liberty Utilities to file an Answer to the Complaint. 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Continental Casting, LLC shall file a response to Liberty Utilities’ Request for Mediation no later than May 2, 2014.

2.               The deadline for Liberty Utilities to file an Answer shall be suspended until further notice by the Commission.

3.               This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
