ORDER CANCELING DISCOVERY CONFERENCE AND RESCHEDULING DISCOVERY CONFERENCE

Issue Date: April 17, 2014 Effective Date: April 17, 2014

The procedural schedule for this matter includes a discovery conference at 10:00 a.m. on April 18, 2014. Since no party has identified discovery issues that need to be addressed, the discovery conference will be cancelled. In addition, the discovery conference scheduled for May 9^th will be re-scheduled to May 6th, at the same time and location, as set in the Commission’s Order Adopting Procedural Schedule.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The discovery conference scheduled for April 18, 2014, is canceled.

2. The May 9^th discovery conference is re-scheduled for May 6^th.

3. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
