On March 11[1], Complainant filed the above-styled complaint.  Respondents answered on April 11, and filed a motion to dismiss on April 14.  Complainant responded on April 15. 

The Commission will now order its Staff, and permit the Office of the Public Counsel, to respond.

The Commission orders that:

1.               The Staff of the Commission shall respond as ordered above no later than April 28, 2014.

2.               The Office of the Public Counsel may respond no later than April 28, 2014.

3.               This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
