In the Matter of Ameren Missouri’s Submission           )           File No. EO-2013-0503

of its 2013-2015 RES Compliance Plan                       )

ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

Issue Date:  July 11, 2013                                          Effective Date:  July 11, 2013

On May 28, 2013[1], Ameren Missouri filed its 2013-2015 Annual Renewable Energy Standard Compliance Plan and Report pursuant to Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-20.100.  On July 9, Missouri Industrial Energy Consumers (“MIEC”) filed a Motion for Extension of Time to Comment.

MIEC pleads that, through no fault of any party, it failed to receive electronic versions of some information it had requested from Ameren Missouri.  MIEC asks for an extension from July 12 to August 2 to receive that information and submit comments.  MIEC states that Ameren Missouri and DNR consent to the motion, and that MIEC does not yet know if other parties would consent or object to the motion.

The Commission ordered that any objections to MIEC’s motion be filed no later than July 10.  The Commission received no objections.

The Commission finds the motion reasonable, and will grant it.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The Motion for Extension of Time is granted.

2.               The Missouri Industrial Energy Consumers shall file comments, if any, no later than August 2, 2013.

3.               This order shall become effective upon issuance.
