REVISED ORDER SCHEDULING A SECOND LOCAL PUBLIC HEARING

The Commission conducted a local public hearing in this case on June 25, 2013.† Attendance at the hearing was heavy and many interested persons were unable to testify.† Therefore, the Commission will schedule a second local public hearing to give more people an opportunity to be heard.†
The Commission previously scheduled this second local public hearing for July 11, but because of a conflict on the Commissionís schedule has rescheduled the hearing for July 10.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1.†††††† A local public
hearing shall be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, beginning at 5:00 p.m., at Knights
of Columbus Hall, Lower Level, 1121 Columbus Lane, Washington, Missouri 63090.† The hearing will be held in a facility that
meets the accessibility requirements of the Americans With Disabilities
Act.† Any person who needs additional
accommodation to participate in the hearing should call the Public Service
Commissionís Hotline at 1-800-392-4211 or
2.†††† † The local public hearing will begin at 5:00 p.m. with the taking of testimony from the public.† There will not be a question and answer period for this hearing.
3.†††† † This order shall become effective upon issuance.
