ORDER CANCELING CERTIFICATE

On June 4, 2013, the Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission filed a motion requesting Everycall Communications, Inc., d/b/a All American Home Phone (“Everycall”) certificate of service authority and accompanying tariff to provide basic local telecommunication services and interexchange telecommunication services in the State of Missouri be cancelled. 

In File Number TA-2010-0293, the Commission granted Everycall a certificate of service authority to provide basic local telecommunication services and intrastate interexchange telecommunication service in the State of Missouri. 

Staff states in its motion that in Everycall’s Statement of Revenue, Everycall requests the Commission cancel the company’s certificate of service authority in Missouri.  Staff noted that Everycall is current in the filing of the Company’s annual reports and the payment of its assessments.  Staff recommends that the Commission cancel the company’s certificate of service authority to provide basic local telecommunication services and intrastate interexchange telecommunications services. 

On June 5, 2013, the Commission issued an Order Directing Notice allowing any parties to file an objection or request a hearing to do so no later than
June 17, 2013.  No objections or requests for a hearing were filed.

The Commission has the authority to cancel a certificate and tariff pursuant to Section 392.410.5, RSMo, which states, in part, “[a]ny certificate or service authority may be altered or modified by the commission after notice and hearing, upon its own motion or upon application of the person or company affected.”

          Based on Staff’s motion, the Commission finds that the certificate of service authority and accompanying tariff granted to Everycall Communications, Inc., d/b/a All American Home Phone, shall be canceled.

          IT IS ORDERED THAT:

          1.       The certificate of authority to provide basic local telecommunication services and intrastate interexchange telecommunications services granted to Everycall Communications, Inc., d/b/a All American Home Phone, in File Number TA-2010-0293, is canceled.

          2.       This order shall become effective on July 1, 2013.

          3.       This case may be closed on July 2, 2013.
