ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR STIPULATED FACTS

Issue Date:  May 16, 2013                                               Effective Date:  May 16, 2013

The Missouri Public Service Commission is granting the Motion for Extension of Time filed[1] by Staff on all parties’ behalf (“motion”).  In the motion, the parties seek an extension of time for filing the stipulation of undisputed facts (“stipulation”), which the Commission scheduled to be filed on May 15,[2] the date for filing initial pleadings.  The parties report that they have a draft, but ask to file a completed document no later than June 14, which is the date for responsive pleadings.  The proposed timing is logical so the Commission will grant the motion.

          The Commission orders that:

1.     The Motion for Extension of Time is granted.

2.     The joint stipulation of non-material facts shall be filed no later than June 14, 2013.

3.     This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
