ORDER DIRECTING APPLICANT TO CORRECT DEFICIENCY AND DIRECTING STAFF TO FILE A RECOMMENDATION

Issue Date: May 3, 2013                                          Effective Date: May 3, 2013

On May 2, 2013, BCI ALLEGIANCE, LLC filed an application for authorization to provide video service.  The application is deficient in that it failed to contain a completed certificate of service verifying that the application has been served upon the affected political subdivision.  The Commission will direct the applicant to correct that deficiency.

The application also did not provide the fee amount the company will assess, instead indicating the fee amount is “not applicable”.  The Commission will direct its Staff to file a recommendation concerning the ‘not applicable’ video service provider fee listed in the application.  Staff’s recommendation shall indicate whether video service can be authorized when fees are “not applicable.”

          IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1.               BCI ALLEGIANCE, LLC shall file an amended application with a completed certificate of service no later than May 15, 2013.

2.               The Staff of the Commission shall file its recommendation no later than May 15, 2013.

3.               This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
