ORDER DIRECTING FILING

On February 14, 2013[1], Entergy Arkansas, Inc. (“EAI”) filed the above-referenced application.  EAI asks the Commission to decline jurisdiction over its transfer of functional control of its Missouri transmission facilities to MISO.  The Commission set the case for hearing.

On April 29, EAI filed a Motion for Reconsideration.  The Commission will order its Staff to respond and will also give other parties a chance to respond.

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The Staff of the Commission shall respond no later than May 9, 2013. 

2.               Any other party who wishes to respond shall do so no later than May 9, 2013.

3.               This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
